We worked with iconic British sportswear brand Umbro to help cement their status as the premium choice for grassroots football teams across the world, as well as their professional counterparts.

In ‘Our Game Is Not Just For Pros’, we created a hero film and a series of call to action videos, featuring our very own grassroots football team—Sporting Club de Mundial—and invited fellow Sunday League teams, Saturday amateur outfits, and midweek enthusiasts to show us why their team deserved to wear the iconic double diamond branding. 

We shone a light on the grit, guts, glory, heroism, and hilarity of the beautiful game at an amateur level. We asked people to share their stories, videos, photos of the heroes and the beating heart of their grassroots club, and utilised Umbro, MUNDIAL, and selected partner’s channels, to throw the competition far and wide. 

Umbro collated the wide variety of entries on a minisite and made a selection of teams who will be kitted out in Umbro gear when football eventually kicks off next season. It was incredible to see the passion that remains globally for one of football’s most storied brands, and a pleasure to work with our friends there again.
