MITRE: 'JUMPERS FOR GOALPOSTS'

We made a two film series called ‘Jumpers for Goalposts’ for Mitre that spoke to fans about their favourite FA Cup memories... then got them to recreate them in the park.

Craig and Matthew have both been going to watch City their whole lives, and alongside telling us about what the competition still means to the club, they have a go at Yaya Toure’s FA Cup winner in 2011 and Steve MacKenzie’s in 1981 down Heaton Park.

Manny and his two sons Satnam and Jeevan are all season ticket holders at Wolves, and Manny has been going since a game in 1987 against Aldershot. They tell us about how football correlates with the philosophy of their Sikh faith, and the two boys have a crack at Ruben Neves’ goal against Liverpool and Raul Jimenez’s against Manchester United from this season’s competition.
